The intent for this residence was to create multiple areas
for family living and also accommodate large parties.

Floating walls lend a sense of intimacy to an otherwise open dining
space. The white oak table, upholstered chairs and bronze
chandelier with silk shades were all designed for the client.

The kitchen counters incorporate quartz slabs and terrazzo tiles.
The floor throughout the main living area is white oak
with porcelain tiles inlaid in the high traffic areas.

The entry sets the tone for this home
with the Macassar front door, chandelier and stair rail all custom designed.
